Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any modifications once the order has been shipped.

Where is your furniture made?

All of our furniture is made exclusively in Latvia, within the European Union.

Are all items really handmade?

Yes, every product is handcrafted. This supports traditional craftsmanship and ensures that each piece is unique and of high quality.

Can I request custom dimensions or finishes?

At this time, we do not offer customizations. However, we would love to hear what finishes or dimensions you're looking for. Your feedback helps us decide which options to consider for future collections.

What kind of wood do you use, and how is it treated?

We use a variety of sustainably sourced woods, always with a focus on eco-friendly practices. All finishes are non-toxic and chosen to ensure both durability and environmental responsibility.

How long does it take to produce a piece?

We aim to keep a small stock of each product ready for quick dispatch. If the item is in stock, it typically requires up to 3 business days for final processing (e.g., quality check, final assembly, packaging).

If the item is out of stock, production takes approximately 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the product and current workload.

Are there slight variations between pieces?

Yes, natural variations in wood mean that each piece will be slightly different. We embrace this uniqueness as part of our design philosophy. That said, we ensure that these differences do not compromise the structural integrity or intended appearance of the product. Where relevant, we include notes about expected variations in each product description.

🌍 Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. While our primary focus is the EU market, we also offer shipping to select countries including the UK, Switzerland, Norway, the US, Canada, Australia, and Japan.

Please note that shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance, which can increase the total cost and extend delivery times.

How much does shipping cost and how is it calculated?

Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the product and the destination. The most accurate way to view your shipping cost is to add the item to your cart and select your shipping country at checkout.

For deliveries outside the EU, please note that import duties and taxes may be applied upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping times vary by destination. In general:

  • Within the EU:
    Orders ship after a 2–3 business day processing period, followed by 4–5 business days for delivery.
  • Outside the EU:
    Delivery may take up to two weeks or longer, especially if customs clearance is required.

Please note: if a product is out of stock and needs to be produced, this adds an additional 2–4 weeks before shipping.

Do I have to pay customs or import duties?

  • Within the EU: No import duties apply.
  • Outside the EU: Customs duties, taxes, and fees may be charged by your local authorities.

Please check your country’s regulations, as these fees are determined locally and are beyond our control. We’re happy to assist with documentation, but we cannot guarantee or influence customs processing.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow the status of your shipment until it arrives at your chosen delivery address.

📦 Packaging & Assembly

How is the furniture packaged?

We use protective packaging designed to keep your piece safe during transport. For larger furniture, the packaging may be bulkier than standard parcels and is often shipped on wooden pallets.

We make every effort to minimize plastic use, and most packaging materials are cardboard or other biodegradable materials. You’ll find packaging details listed on the relevant product pages where applicable.

Does the furniture require assembly?

In most cases, no assembly is required. If a product does need assembly, this will be clearly stated on the product page, and we’ll include easy-to-follow instructions with your order.

Are tools or instructions included?

We aim to design products that require no tools or assembly. If a product does require it, the necessary tools (if included) and detailed instructions will be listed on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Shop Pay
  • Bancontact (for Belgium)
  • iDEAL (for the Netherlands)

Additional payment options like PayPal or Klarna may also be available depending on your location.

Do you offer gift packaging or personalized notes?

Due to the size and protective nature of our packaging, gift wrapping is not available. However, we’re happy to include a personalized note with your order.

You can add your note by using the “Order notes” field during checkout. If you don’t see this option, feel free to contact us by email after placing your order and we’ll be glad to include it.

Returns & Issues

What is your return policy?

You have the right to return any product within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, without visible signs of wear or damage
  • The item must be safely packaged
  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day period. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

What if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging our products securely. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A refund

Please note: to receive a full refund, we may require the item to be returned to us at your expense.

Can I cancel an order before it ships?

Yes, you can. Please contact us as soon as possible if you’d like to cancel your order. Once the item has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Sustainability & Values

Is your wood sustainably sourced?

Yes, we source our wood locally in Latvia, a country with one of the highest forestation and reforestation rates in Europe. Latvia has a long-standing tradition in forestry, and state forest services closely monitor sustainable practices.

While not all of our wood is currently certified, we prioritize partners who share our values of responsible sourcing and are working toward increasing transparency and traceability in our supply chain.

What makes your products eco-friendly?

Do you use plastic-free or recyclable packaging?

Yes, we make every effort to minimize plastic and favor recyclable, biodegradable materials like cardboard and paper. In some rare cases, small amounts of plastic may be used when necessary to provide critical protection during shipping.
