Bring nature to your table with our handcrafted charcuterie board—an authentic piece made from birch wood grown, sourced, and shaped entirely by hand in Latvia. Each board is a celebration of traditional craftsmanship, created through a meticulous, weeks-long process that honors the integrity of the wood and the beauty of natural materials.

From forest to finish, the journey begins with carefully selecting and felling birch trees from our own land. The wood is roughly cut, then boiled in a special process designed to prevent future cracking. It is then left to dry slowly and naturally—no rushing, no artificial shortcuts. Once fully cured, the wood is shaped over multiple machining passes, each step refining its form. Finally, every board is hand-oiled and quality-checked to ensure it’s ready for your table.

Each board is truly one of a kind. You may notice subtle differences in shape, grain, and color—natural variations that make your board uniquely yours. Small sawn-off twig marks may be present, offering a charming glimpse into the board’s origin. We never allow cracks, except those that naturally occurred during the tree’s life, ensuring structural integrity and beauty.

Please note:

• Each board is made to order.
• Estimated delivery time: 2 weeks.
• Slight variations in size and appearance are natural and intentional, and range from 30-40 cm in length, while being 16-19 cm in width and approx. 2 cm in thickness.
• A ready-to-ship product (including packaging) weighs about 1 kg and is 36 cm x 24 cm x 3 cm in size.
